Kejora understands that local competence in English is essential for the growing tourism industry on Karimunjawa. We successfully held the Kejora Language School for Adults working in the hospitality industry (The first program was successful in 2021 to 2022 and the second program was in 2023 to 2024). They completed group lessons according to their occupation (receptionist, waitress, cleaners, tour guides, drivers, etc.), participants are accustomed to interacting with native people to make it easier for them to practice and have direct experience in interacting with foreign guests. Apart from that, we also held outing classes on the beach to increase bonding between participants and the committee and they learned English while playing games.

At the Kids Language School, children learn the basics of the English language in a fun and interactive way. Through games, songs, stories, and other creative activities, children are encouraged to actively participate in the learning process. The curriculum is designed to align with the interests and developmental levels of the children, allowing them to learn English speaking, listening, reading, and writing in a natural and enjoyable manner. This not only improves their language skills but also boosts their confidence and enthusiasm for learning a new language. Currently, 22 students are enrolled in the Kids Language School.
